🚀 New Feature​

  • Add button to switch scroll direction
    • On Conversation History view implement a button to switch between scrolling up/down.
  • Change Resolve/Open Button to Dropdown
    • On each conversation implement a dropdown button (Open/resolve) to change status of the conversation.
  • Change default time period on overview on manager
    • Time Period on Overview page should default to "Today" & not say "daily"
  • Correct Spelling
    • On View names
